Attendance
If your child is sick and unable to come to school, parents are kindly requested to inform the homeroom teacher by phone in the morning before the school day begins.
If a student needs to be absent for another reason, parents should request permission from the school at least one day in advance.
Chain of communication
At our school, we value clear and respectful communication between parents and staff. To ensure that questions and concerns are handled in the best possible way, we ask parents to follow the school’s chain of communication.
If you have questions, concerns, confidential information, or comments related to your child, please first contact the homeroom teacher. In many cases, the teacher is able to address the situation directly. If further discussion is needed, parents may then contact the team leader, followed by the Academic Director if necessary.
For matters that are not directly related to your child, such as administrative questions or general information, parents are welcome to contact the Management Assistant.
Following this chain of communication helps us respond effectively and ensures that questions and concerns reach the right person. We appreciate your cooperation.

Safety and security
The safety and security of our students are very important to us. During the school day, the school gates remain closed and security guards are present on the compound.
If you have an appointment at the school, the guard will let you enter the premises. At the end of the school day, Nursery – Grade 2 students are picked up from their classrooms when the bell rings.
If someone other than the usual parent, caregiver or driver will pick up your child, parents must inform the school in advance. Without prior notice, the child will not be released to another person.
For additional safety, the school premises are equipped with several security cameras.
Sports
We believe sport is important! Each class has one sports period per week. Students from Nursery to Grade 4 may come to school in their sports clothes on that day. Students from Grade 5 to Grade 10 are expected to come to school in their regular school uniform. They will have the opportunity to change into their sports clothes at school for their sports period.
